Prices incl. 21% VAT: that is what you pay. Paraaf+ and Paraaf Pro are meant for businesses; the price excl. VAT is shown small underneath and on every invoice. You get an invoice after every payment. Cancel any time.
What does not change
No ads and no paid mentions: Paraaf never refers you to anyone because they pay for it. The scans stay free and need no account, and your answers in the business check stay in your browser unless you choose otherwise.
Questions
Do I have to pay to use Paraaf?
No. The website scan, the business check and the free account stay free. A paid plan is for those who want their business followed up.
How do I cancel?
In your account, with one click. Nothing is charged after that; your plan runs until the end of the period you already paid for. A running period is not refunded.
Do I get an invoice?
Yes. After every payment the invoice is in your account, with the details you enter when paying: name, address and your VAT number if you have one. You print it or save it as a PDF.
How can I pay?
Through Mollie, with the payment methods Mollie offers for a subscription, such as Bancontact or a card. The following periods are charged automatically. We neither see nor store card details.
What if I stop?
Your account and your data stay. After the last paid period the limits of the free account apply again: one business, and your latest three website scans kept. If you want everything gone, you delete your account.
What is the small price under each amount?
That is the price excl. VAT. The large amount is what you pay, with 21% Belgian VAT included. If your business recovers VAT, both amounts are on the invoice.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
Yes: cancel your subscription and take the other one when the period ends.
